PLEASE NOTE: An outside advisory committee will review all live streaming bids, and will make selections based off of quality of services and outlined pricing. With that in mind, please submit a detailed bid for review and selection via the links below. Submitting a full document is recommended, but filling out the form will suffice.
REQUEST FOR Proposal: Live Streaming Services
The Certified Oklahoma Bred Association is now accepting proposals to serve as the official company providing live streaming services of the 2025 Oklahoma Bred Swine Exposition. The 2025 Oklahoma Bred Swine Exposition is set to be held January 29-February 1, 2025 in Duncan. Companies wishing to submit a proposal must meet the following requirements:
Company must have previous experience live streaming hog shows.
Live stream can be equipped with advertising opportunities in-frame.
Microphone and accompanying audio setup for running show commentary.
The following events are required for the selected company to live stream:
Showmanship
Purebred and Commercial Gilt Shows, including Grand Drives
Barrow Show, including Grand Drive
The ideal company will have:
1-2 camera operators in/near ring
1 computer live stream manager
Proposals can be submitted via the link below and are due no later than November 15, 2024. Selections will be made by a non-biased, third party and the company will be notified by December 1, 2024.
